When you first call in, you will be asked if you are a new, or returning customer. If you are a returning customer, you will be transferred to your personal concierge, who can assist you with your auto glass needs.
If you are a first time customer, or just looking for a quote, you will be asked for you Name, vehicle year make and model, and type of damage. You will then be transferred to a dedicated concierge. Once transferred, your concierge will be able to give you a free, no-obligation quote. If you decide to move forward with us (we would love to earn your business!), then your concierge will be able to get the insurance company right on the phone with you (if you are going through your insurance, if not, please see our Cash Buyer page here). Because of our long standing relationship with the insurance companies, of whom we are a Preferred Vendor, your concierge will be able to quickly get your claim filed and approved. Once we have received the approval (done right there on the phone with you), we will set up a date that best fits your schedule. You will then be sent an email with your warranty (we offer the best in the state!), as well as the contact information of your personal auto glass concierge. This means that if you need to call us back you will be transferred to your personal concierge directly, which will make your call much shorter as they already have all of your information!
